1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass "S" 2 door coupe £7,995
A true survivor! This car is direct from sunny Southern California. It's undoubtedly one of the most original unrestored cars we've ever seen. NO RUST ANYWHERE! EVER! Equipped with a 350 v8 and auto transmission, this would make a good car to keep as is or restore. Might also make a good basis for a 4-4-2 clone. If it was up to me I'd just stick a set of torque thrust "D" wheels on it and it would look awesome! The car has never been painted or welded and is stock right down to the hubcaps and original AM radio. It comes with all the original paperwork including the window sticker and "protect-o-plate". Cars like these are becoming harder to find and especially in such great condition. As you would expect from a 35 year old car that hasn't been restored, there are a few minor blemishes and a couple of dents and the paint has been slightly faded, but overall this is still a car that you would be proud to drive to a car show. It would probably win "most original" if nothing else. The interior has some wear, but is again all original and still very presentable. Even 35 years of California sun hasn't really taken too much of a toll, indicating that this classic has been loved and probably garaged most of it's life. All chrome is good, and all emblems and trim are present. The glass is perfect and this car needs nothing but another caring and loving owner (the 4th in 35 years). You'll kick yourself if you miss out on this one and then see it at Billing in the summer. Quick! buy it before I decide to keep it! She's tax exempt too, so no worries there. Only £7,995!! |
