1974 Ford Torino Sedan (Starsky & Hutch year) £4795
Nice original car with strong running (rebuilt) 302 cid (5.0 litre) engine and auto gearbox. Many new parts fitted to engine/brakes/suspension. All it needs is a new owner! The car is extremely original and solid and the interior is unbelievably well preserved. The car is stock throughout and would make an ideal starter classic. The paint and body are in very good condition considering that they are original. There are a few flaws/scratches in the paint, but they do not detract from the overall appearance of the car and the condition of the interior more than makes up for it. All the chrome is in very nice condition with the exception of the rear bumper which has some pitting and minor rust. All of the glass is flawless. The Magnum 500 rims add to the muscular appeal of what is really a very genuine and practical classic American car. There aren't many of these left either, so you won't bump into another one in a hurry. The car is in good condition and the paint is original - slightly faded in places, but very servicable. This car is comes with 12 months MOT (passed recently) With the prices of the 2 door Gran-Torinos getting out-of-reach since the remake of "Starsky and Hutch", this is the next best thing. It's the same shape, but with 2 extra doors and from the rear it's identical in shape. The Torino is one of the few cars that still manages to look muscular even in the 4 door format.
