The Company was formed in 2004.  The name was chosen because the idea for the Company was hatched during Hurricane Charley on (Friday) 13th August 2004.  At the time we were on a visit to Florida, sourcing vehicles for ourselves.  

This 1968 Dodge Polara is an example of one of our current offerings.  We like to stock some of the lesser known varieties of classic american car, and this is certainly a rare beast.  We also offer newer vehicles and will source vehicles to order.  Vehicle sourcing is restricted to vehicles that are under five years old.

Since then, we have imported many cars, some specifically to order, others speculatively to sell on.  Either way, we have taken much pride and satisfaction from the many customers that have gone away happy with their purchases.  Some have been "first-timers" on the American Car scene.  Others have been into American cars for decades.  We have tried to stock cars to suit all tastes, offering makes and models that most will be familiar with, whilst often hearing "what's that?" or "never seen one of those before!" when referring to one of our rarer offerings.

We also pride ourselves in having a genuine interest in the cars we sell.  We use them to go to shows and to drive when the weather allows (and sometimes when it doesn't as well). This interest means that we are knowledgable about what we are selling - we try to collate as much data as possible about each car's history and statistics.

We have also sourced cars to order direct from the USA, although we are unable to offer this service for classic cars, as it is very difficult for us to guarantee the history, condition or mileage of such vehicles.  We try to restrict this service to new vehicles or those  five years old or less. 

Whilst we keep referring to "cars" we also buy and sell pickup trucks and SUV's (4x4's).  We can also offer advice on the advantages of buying a pickup through your business as a company vehicle.
